We are N4 Gas Limited, a registered company in England. Company number 6472503.

We offer gas, heating and hot water services in London and the surrounding area and are registered and accredited to work with both Natual and LPG gasses through the Capita Gas Safe Register scheme. Our license number is 213743.


Terms of Business

We have different terms for businesses and end users. To ensure we get the applicable terms of business to you, please submit a request.

If you are a business, commercial client or agent, please submit your request via this form.

If you are a homeowner you should use this form.

Certain clients may have modified or custom terms with us to suit their needs, if this applies to you or your business and you would like a copy, please contact us direct. Please include your account number and it should be noted that some documents may be marked as confidential, where we may require the certifier to confirm the release of the original signed terms document.

From time to time we may update our generic terms of business to suit market fluctuations and the legal framework in force, it is important to note that the terms applied shall be those in force at the time of instructing us to undertake work(s).


Website Privacy Policy

N4 Gas takes personal data privacy seriously. We do not harvest personal data through our website although a limited amount of digital footprint data is required to make the site function (Such as your IP address, browser or location). We utilise security software provided by 3rd parties to help maintain data integrity and the security of our website and IT infrastructure which may set cookies and tracking pixels - These services may be disabled utilising your browser settings, however the website may not function without your consent, we only use tracking systems for the purpose of ensuring data integrity. You are not required to provide any personal data through our website, however if you wish to purchase or make an enquiry, you will be required to provide contact and personal information to enable us to answer your request. We hold any provided data for a period of 5yrs from the date of submission, after which time it will be permanently destroyed. You may request removal of this data at anytime by contacting us, however if you have made a purchase or had an engineer visit, we may be legally oblidged to retain certain information in relation to you or your property.


Insurances & Accreditations

If you require a copy of our insurances or a copy of our official accreditations and registration documents, please fill in this contact form and will send them to you via email. If you are in need of a specific document (Such as waste carrier license, etc), please let us know as this will be quicker to process than all of the documents that we hold.

You may validate our Gas Safe Registration on the official Gas Safe Register website utilising the registration number 213743.

We will not provide copies of individual engineer qualifications.


Pricing

Any prices quoted will be subject to VAT at the time of invoice unless expressly stated that the price offered includes VAT. Our VAT number is 925488100. The current VAT rate can be found here and will be applicable to the majority of works that we complete. All payments are due within 30 days of invoice receipt. We may request a deposit prior to ordering materials or booking in works, especially where works are of a high material value.


Complaints

If we have not met your expectations or you have an issue with one of our staff or our provided services, then we want to know about it. We have setup a dedicated email [email protected] to handle any such feedback.

On receipt of your complaint, we will pass this on to one of the senior staff who will review it and contact you with how we'd like to address the issue. Although we try and make everything right, we know that it is not always acceptable, however we will take an unbiassed view of all complaints and we'll keep a record of them to see how we can improve and prevent the issue from happening again in the future.
